They gave me the suite and it’s just amazing i took many videos for instagram and tiktok and everyone was asking me about the hotel name. You will have a lovely balcony for photo session.

First day breakfast was cold, no regcogntion of our 20 years wedding anniversary, which was why we stayed there , the pool was closed, the day spa service was poor, no welcome drink , asked to fill consultation form standing up at front desk, no music , candles etc,the jets in pool not working, and waterfall, not working,I saw on social media,while we where staying there , enjoy after a busy day out in Rome , in our alph suites , chocolates and flowers, we received nothing, the only people that where extremely welcoming was the front doorman, would not recommend, as it is surpose to be five star.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was perfect - super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff was also really friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Front door, front desk, concierge, breakfast staff, pool and dinner restaurant staff were all wonderful with our toddler and so kind to us. Dinner on the rooftop was beautiful and delicious and not crowded at all, seems like a hidden gem. The rooftop pool was magical.

The breakfast was extremely poor value for the price that we paid. Cold, scrambled eggs and the poor choice for most other food.
